Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Commissioner Nicole "Nikki" Fried has appointed Hal M. Lucas as a member of the Florida Hemp Advisory Committee. The Committee is a group of industry experts, advocates, advisors, and consumers that has been formed to provide input, guidance, and insight into Florida's hemp industry. Hal has been appointed to the Committee for a one-year term through May 29, 2020.
